My journey from being sick to full of life!
Somewhere in my family shared Karma Ayurveda review when I was on dialysis after my kidney functional failed to work. I had managed my work everything and took a month break from my job. I visited Doctor Puneet Dhawan with my mother-in-law and father-in-law since my husband was outstation. He said my condition was not that serious, and I could get better within a month. Then I asked him about the dialysis if I needed weekly dialysis sessions. He said undoubtedly not and guided me on what dialysis does and how doctors misguide people in the wake of treatment.
He suggested a daily
time table I should follow, which included a healthy diet and yoga and walk.
Well, I seriously had no symptoms of kidney disease in me, so I was entirely
well when this hit me up. So, I could manage everything and not feel tired like
everyone else.
My diet included light
breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. The diet, though, was boring
since I had limited options of Ghiya, Tori, and Tindey only. But this diet made
me lose my weight without much of the effort, laughing. Jokes apart. I know
when you have kidney disease, it is a difficult time. Certain things exhaust
you entirely, and you feel depressed, but thankfully did not happen in my case.
I had hardly two dialysis sessions and then changed the treatment. I would
rather say that I got to know about Karma Ayurveda at the right time. Many
people spend months on dialysis and then switch to Ayurveda. I mean, if you
know already how Ayurveda is beneficial, don’t waste your time and choose the
right approach at the right point.
In this Karma Ayurveda review of mine, I would thank such a heartiest and noble soul Doctor Puneet
Dhawan for his efforts towards society. His family generations have been in the
same profession and helping patients since 1937. I am glad to know about
Ayurveda in such a difficult time.
