This is not a very old story when I came to know about the condition of my kidneys. Before starting this note I want to tell all of you that you should take the best care of kidneys. Drink as much water as you can and never ignore any minor pain or any abnormality that your body shows. Not if kidneys then it might have to do something with other parts of your body. In my case, I ignored my fatigue all the time some time it was accompanied by massive pain in the back and vomiting. I took some pain relievers then but I was unknowingly harming my own body for bad.

On 27th August 2019, I was diagnosed with 3rd stage of kidney failure. It is hard to believe that I survived the 1st and 2nd stage just like that without knowing anything about the condition. I wish I knew my condition earlier so that I could prevent some of the mishappenings. I started taking my treatment from a renowned hospital and everything started all of a sudden. I was suddenly undergoing dialysis and taking all the heavy medicines. I don’t think it was working well for me. Instead, I was feeling the same sickness even after the treatment. Moreover, my dialysis session was getting having on me. I thought I was going to lose my life very soon if the condition remained the same. But you know, where there is a will, there is the way. In my way, came Ayurveda, actually Karma Ayurveda an Ayurvedic kidney care center where all your kidney diseases are resolved with the help of authenticity of nature.

Karma Ayurveda was introduced to me by my landlord. His grandmother was taking her medicines from the same Ayurvedic hospital. Karma Ayurveda is in NSP, Pitampura and you get to meet Dr. Puneet Dhawan when you reach the place. When I met Dr. Puneet Dhawan he evaluated my condition from the core and promised me that he would make my dialysis go away and it started happening. I was taking his prescribed medicines along with my allopathic medicines and it was working fine now. He suggested certain alterations in the diet and lifestyle. I needed to adhere to the guidelines and I was going to be fine very soon. After one month of the whole medicinal process, my requirement for dialysis was completely gone. I was free from that painful procedure. The whole treatment at Karma Ayurveda took me 8 months to get absolutely healthy and if you ask me I would say it’s totally worth it. If I am able to stand back again then it is all because of Karma Ayurveda. I can’t imagine what was going to happen to my life if there was no entry of Ayurveda in it.
