No need for chemicals, follow kidney treatment by Yoga
‘Yoga is the sacred initiation to
allow your bodily system to meet your soul.’
Yoga has been a profound course
of kidney treatment that has brought numerous changes in my body since I
started practicing it. Let me narrate to you my story of how I have recovered
from the morbidities of the renal system throughout the blog.
ayurvedic treatment for acute kidney disease treatment
I was diagnosed with the problem
of high creatinine in January 2020, and like any other person went up to my
nearest nephrologist in Delhi. He has suggested a bundle of medicines to
control the levels. I am a true believer of natural healing, and so I didn’t
buy any of the said. I know it may develop a few questions like ‘Why I headed
to the allopathic doctor in the first place?’
So, the answer is; I like
comparing the pros and cons of everything and guess what it was useful for me.
I reached out to an Ayurvedic nephrologist in Delhi itself. There I met Dr.
Puneet Dhawan, who analyzed my reports, asked me a few questions, pinched a few
points on my hand, and suggested that I should start bringing changes in my
lifestyle and everything will be fine.
He provided me with a few
Ayurvedic medicines and told me that there is a kidney treatment by Yoga if I
would like to continue. I said yes, why not as I was already into yoga and
meditation.
I continued with Ayurvedic
treatment, and within three months (note my words), I was free from all the
sufferings. The description, guidance, and follow-ups provided by Dr. Puneet
Dhawan was enough to heal my condition.
The allopathic doctor told me
that the problem of creatinine could only be managed and not removed forever.
After three months (in April), I went up to him with my reports that stated my
creatinine had dropped to normal levels that once had reached 2.4 mg/dl.
I continued with the kidney
treatment by Yoga and Ayurvedic medicines that the team of Karma Ayurveda had
provided to me, and I couldn’t thank them enough.
