I am Nivedita
Datta from Banglore state. I am a teacher in a government school. I am a normal
woman who is following her passion for teaching, and side-by-side managing her
house. My life was going well, once, I got to know about my kidney
disease.
Yes, I had kidney
disease, for which I took many treatments and medications. But, yet, I didn't
observe any positive changes in my health condition and medical reports. I
tried dialysis, or even I was ready to go for a kidney transplant. Due to the
disease, I took a long break from my job. I was not potent enough to handle my
house, and to fulfill the demands of my children. All these things are
somewhere blocking my mind. At that time, I was in depression, always felt
irritated, and made many impetuous decisions. In that situation, I realized
that people use equivocate language to confuse you, whether it is about the
treatment or diet.
Yes, I had tried
different diet plans, medications, yoga therapies, homeopathic medicines, or
even unpleasant dialysis. But, these actions didn’t turn out to be great for
me.
One day one of my
colleagues visited me, and she told me about the best Ayurvedic hospital for
kidney treatment in India. I do not remember, but maybe her father-in-law took
treatment from Karma Ayurveda (Ayurvedic hospital for kidney patients). She
said “the health condition of her father-in-law was serious. But, with the help
of Ayurvedic medications, and a diet plan prescribed by Ayurvedacharya, her
father-in-law is now healthy and free from the disease.”
At that time, I
was not sure about the Ayurveda thing. It was because I thought Ayurveda was a
slow process that will take a long period to cure me. And, that time, I was
searching for a treatment that would provide me with instant results. But, my
family, especially my husband, was ready to go for Ayurvedic treatment. He
said, “we had tried every possible way to terminate your kidney disease, now
let's try our luck in Karma Ayurveda.”
I consulted Dr.
Puneet Dhawan at Karma Ayurveda. He prescribed me some medicines (made up of
herbs), diet charts, and precautions. When I started the treatment, I didn’t
feel anything nice about it because of the bitter taste of the medicines. And,
I was not happy with the diet chart. It was because Ayurveda demands time and
patience. It works to terminate your disease by ending its causes, symptoms,
and complications. And, all these actions are time catching. At the starting of
the treatment, you may not observe any changes in your health condition. But,
after some time, you start feeling well, you feel energetic and much better
than before.
When I started
taking Ayurvedic medicine for kidney disease, my serum creatinine, and blood
urea level was 16.16 and 273 mg/dL, respectively. I was not only battling
kidney disease, but also suffering from its uremic symptoms like weakness,
tiredness, breathlessness, hypertension, pain, or swelling.
With the help of
those bitter Ayurvedic medications (that works like blessings for me), and the
diet chart. My serum creatinine and blood urea level came down to 7.11 and 84
mg/dL, respectively, in just 2 months. Along with that, all the uremic symptoms
of the disease are gone. Yes, I am feeling well, healthy, and fit.
